We love talking about caroling, and we frequently get these thoughtful questions. We want to share them with you over some cups of good cheer. Pour the eggnog!
How far will you travel?
Our carolers are based in NYC, but our pricing is based on distance from One Times Square in Manhattan. Our geographic area includes NYC and its surrounding boroughs, parts of CT, NJ, PA, and DE.
Are you available year round?
Yes! Contact us and tell us what you have in mind, and we will discuss specifics and pricing.
Can you sing outside?
We are able to sing outside unless the weather is frightful, in which case we will move indoors.
I have a large space; do you bring your own mics and sound equipment?
We can bring a small sound system for a slight fee. Call us to discuss specifics and pricing.
Can you come to our event as a soloist or a duet?
We book our groups as quartets to sing in 4-part harmony including a soprano, alto, tenor and bass. We can accommodate a request for trios or a duet, but our clients say their guests love the full and nuanced sound of our quartets.
Can you send me a full song list?
We have over 4 ½ hours of music. We have songs that are Christmas, Hanukkah, non-holiday specific, and special material for birthdays, New Year’s, Thanksgiving and more. Please contact us and we can send you a full list. We’ll check it twice!
What types of costumes do you wear?
Our costumes are custom made and themed around our groups. Visit Our Groups to learn more. They can also vary with the season. If you prefer something more casual and like the look of a warm woolen hat and scarf, or a fuzzy red Santa hat, we are happy to oblige. If you are looking for something completely customized to your location or event, contact us to discuss specifics and pricing.
Will you appear at a charity event, nursing home, or for a non-profit cause?
We wish that we could perform gratis for all of the wonderful charitable organizations in the region, but regretfully, our workshop gets busy around the holidays. You are welcome to contact us and make a request. We will review our schedule and resources, and we will see what we can do.
How can I support your mission to make the world a better place through caroling?
This is where you can help! The Wenceslas Fund. A real person, Good King Wenceslas annually set December 26th aside to honor The Feast of Saint Stephen, (aka: Boxing Day,) to recognize and bring comfort and joy to the most needy in his land. By donating any amount to the Wenceslas Fund, you can help defray our expenses, and make it possible for us to bring joy to nursing homes, hospitals and other charitable organizations that wouldn’t otherwise be able to experience the holiday joy we wish to bring to them. When you give, you add to the stocking that provides the resources we need to pay our singers and deliver excellent events, free, to charitable organizations.
You can also do good by booking the Broadway CAREolers. Learn more how they help on their group page.
Are you insured?
We can’t protect your roof from reindeer hooves or overloaded sleighs, but we are fully insured, and our stockings are always hung by the chimney with care.
