The holidays may be the "most wonderful time"  - some years - and the most painful during others. Not being able to tap into your Christmas spirit will rob you of the buoying recharge (otherwise known as the "magic") the holiday season offers us. I've experienced this, and I'm not alone. This is why I teamed up with gifted meditation music composer, Steven Whiteley, to create Sound Bath for Christmas Spirit which employs ancient carols and meditation musical elements to help you release stress and experience the realm of the sublime qualities of the season.

This is our gift to you.
